Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
i loved it. lived there for 6 months. close to my work, close to everything i needed.
okay, c'mon people...a winco!!!! how much does that rawk'
price was a lil high; but split between 3 people was 365. not too bad for folsom living.
parking did suck, i agree. but very quiet place. management was decent. they dealt with my psycho room mates.
