ugh! bugs, lies, bad manager

They said we would have a fireplace.
on paper signing day we found out we did not.
They said we would have a covered parking area. We did not and it was very far from apt.
We complained that the air conditioner, heater, fan: did not work in Master Bedroom. The manager said her apt. had the same problem that it was an air duct problem not fixable.
They should have disclosed this beforehand since Mrs. Manager was obviously already aware of the problem.
The Manager consistantly has notices posted on everyone's front doors, that complain about how much money the complex has to spend on repairs that could be avoided if people were just more careful. I guess she doesn't understand the phrase "wear & Tear" or how about this one "i pay you a thousand dollars a month to do your job, not to send out notices complaining about it!"
I have never witnessed the grounds being sprayed for the insects, but would not be suprised if that idea was nixed by the manager to save money.

I would agree with you on a couple of things, 1st I myself have NEVER seen anyone spraying for bugs ANYWHERE on the premises, I was told I could have dish satelite when I moved in and when the dish man came out he said because I was facing the wrong direction it was not possible to have dish....management should have said you are allowed to have dish, however, in your unit you can not. And when I moved in my heater did not work, when I called them to come out apparently they had overrode a wire because the fan continued to blow air....like I was not going to EVER need the heater. These people really need some training on customer service. They are liars and will tell you what ever you want to hear as long as you sign the paper. Also this apartment community is the noisest of any apartment I have lived in. For the money we spend in rent it should be sound proof. Thank goodness I am moving out in 2 days!!!!!!!!
