Overlook is a difficult place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have been living in Folsom for over four years. My experience in this apartment is way below my expectation. I have lived in another BRE property(in Folsom) but this was worse.
1. They are bad in keeping records and following up with requests ( due to high tentant/maintenance staff ratio )
2. They lack professionalism when dealing with unprecedented situations created at the first place due to their lack of communication .
3. Apartment is old and less attention is paid towards renovation.
