Where to start. The only reason I have not moved is my job is relocating me out of state in the next few months. I have had a service request in for three months....I have called on it three times...not fixed yet. Bugs everywhere. Millipedes...spiders...ants. Wood on porch rotting out. Lining in pool being pulled off last summer....thought they would drain over winter and fix but they did not. I had neighbors beneath me that all people in my building called the cops and security on. They even left a dirty condom in a front bush...beer cans in little kids bike's basket....cigs everywhere. They finally left on their own. Management supposedly has a three strikes your out rule. Hah! I signed new lease and turned in. I got a bill for more than the lease since it was "lost" so they put me on month to month. I had to throw a fit to get that fixed.
Not worth the money at all. Expensive....bad management. Noisy, buggy, no parking, unresponsive maintenance.
