due to terrible construction you will have problems with telephone and cable lines, air conditoning, if you have them fix it they will do a sloppy job ie: not patching holes appropriatley, painting sloppy management is very unproffessional dont return phonecalls, the other people in the offic are uncapable of doing things while the manager is on vacation the grounds are park like except for the areas that are more swamp like parking oh boy let me just say good luck managment actually admited they had a problem but have done nothing to fix it and cars are frequently illegally parked because of the lack of planning
if you are considering this complex i suggest you take your own tour after dark on a friday night and see how you like
this is by no means a low priced complex so generally people who pay more expect more managment treats thier customers as if they idiots, there are places in cheaper areas that actually do what they are supposed to
also good luck getting your deposit back they will try to charge you for things they can not legally charge you for why you ask because most people will pay it because it cheaper than trying to fight this company 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
