I lived in a third floor apartment overlooking the clubhouse and pool for 3 years. I had a very positive experience with the management (1998 - 2001). Maintenance was prompt and efficient. Landscaping is professional. Property and setting is award winning. I recommend a garage for your car, as open parking has been a problem. The problem is not the neighbors, but local vandals.

Wrong! The problems ARE the tenants at the Overlook! I've experienced it first hand. But of course you know this, after all, I'm sure you are a BRE employee! It's really not right to try and fool people into living in such a dump!
