I have lived here for 9 months now. I do notice subtle changes since the community has been under new management. I do notice that the grounds and landscaping are very well maintained. (Noticeable improvement from previous management.) I do notice the remodeled apartments. My apartment is spacious however, EXTREMELY OUTDATED!!! It was like this when I first moved in. The appliances are severely old, cabinets in the kitchen are beat up and curling up on the bottom. My lease is up toward the beginning of next year and if I my apartment were remodelled, I would consider staying and signing another lease.

Also, there needs to be additional lighting on the premises. I get very scared to come home when it's dark (which now it gets dark by 7 pm) or when I have to take my dog potty.

So far, office staff is an improvement in comparison to previous staff. Also, maintenance crew are friendly and extremely polite. I also notice that since the take over, staff driving around in the carts will wave to tenants. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Thank you! :-)
