Raintree Apartments

DONīT MOVE HERE, From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001   Manager can hardly speak english. She is never available and does not return phone calls. Rent increased $200.00 last year. A lot nicer apts are avail in folsom for the same price. No washer dryer or storage space at Raintree. The apts are small with no closet space. The kitchen is tiny. The appliances are cheap and noisy. No ceiling fans. Parking is limited to tenants only. No visitor parking. Burned out exterior lights stay that way for weeks. The pool area is never kept clean. The furniture is old and dirty. The jacuzzi is always broken. A lot of the tenants are middle eastern men. They refuse to acknowledge the American Women who live in the complex. Maintainence man enters apts while tenants are away without notice. When we moved they took our entire cleaning deposit. There were stains in the carpet and spots on the walls in the kids room. We thought it was normal wear and tear. We lived there for 5 years. Unfortunately we did not have the time or energy to take them to court.
