Sherwood Apartments is located at 2300 Iron Point Road and 1350 Broadstone Parkway in Folsom CA 95630. This property is utterly fabulous. The apartments are cute, bright, modern and very CLEAN! I have managed to set up over 100 apartments for Corporate Housing at Sherwood and this property has never let me down. Everyone from Steve in Maintenance and Christine/the Manager and all the Leasing Agents have been Courteous, Happy, and always informative. My customers are asked to fill out a survey of the property and that have been raving over the property and staff. Kudos to FPI Property Management for one of the best/well run/efficient properties in the Folsom Califoria Area.
