Place sucks after we moved out apartment manager did not even know we had dogs, once she knew she decided to change the depoist around and claimed the dogs had ruined the place hmmm'''' stupid me they know about the mold problems and i signed thier little agreement its a pretty quick fix idiots put new windows in hmmm'''' wouldnt move back or recomend for any of you reading this to move in worse year of my life dont make it yours and for a thousand-fifty a month you can do alot better.

a thousand fify? In Sept 2005? You've got to be kidding! I live at Sutter's Cottage, have been here about 6 years and have never known of anyone who paid that much rent here. I like it here; the owners have done a lot of great things, like new roofs and fences, paint, older but very clean and well kept.

I moved out in September of 2005 and was paying $1040 along with the tenants in #6, 7 & 9. Whoever wrote the post dated 03/19/08 is either getting a great deal or like the last posting states, doing damage control! Stay away...far, far away!

I've known apartments there to go for 1,100. It's way too expensive for a moldy, poorly insulated, unsafe excuse for a residence. You could rent a 2-bedroom victorian in midtown sacramento for that much.
