Very run down. Problem with mold. Lot's of parties and drug traffic. We rented to accomodate our dog. Mostly rif-raf. Lot's of drama created by management. Has anyone heard of the word "Condemed"' Shame on Tiner Properties!

What is Tiner properties? I can't find them in the register. Sutter's Cottage is NOT managed by Tiner Properties. Please get your info and locatins stratight because I think you may be referring to another apartment complex that is close by!

Whoever commented on this review and some of the others, you are obviously the on-site manager trying to do damage control for your crappy apartments. Nice try!

Nope, these terrible descriptions are definitely referencing Sutter's Cottage. I've spent time there (unwillingly) and it's just as nasty as everyone has described it. I don't know why tenants continue to pay premium for disgusting, moldy, ghetto, depressing cubicles. It would be worth it to pay $200/mo more and upgrade.

My husband recently met someone who lives there. It is the still the same run down, drug infested place it was back in 2007 when we lived there. Absolutely nothing has changed. For those of you that think this is an acceptable place to live I can only assume that you would be homeless unless you choose to stay there. Like a previous comment stated. Why pay premium price except that they all tentants with below average backgrounds move in & charge them a fortune for it. In this economy, there are a lot of apartments that are willing to work with people that have suffered due to thes tough tough times. Keep your dignity people. If there was not a serious problem with mold why do they insist the tenants sign a waiver? I believe a call to the health department is in order.
