I was really upset when I logged on here and saw the awful things that were said about my apartment complex as well as Vonnie and John. First of all these people are the sweetest most caring people. If I need something fixed John takes care of it right away. Vonnie doesn't have an evil bone in her body! She sincerely cares about her tenants happiness here.
My family and I are very pleased with Sutter's Cottage and plan to live here for a long time! My children enjoy the spacious backyard and I love that I can cook in my kitchen and watch my children play outside at the same time! As soon as weather permitted the pool was opened to the residents. We have a BLAST! I love the trees that surround the apartments. I have three giant pine trees that I can see from my shower window. It almost feels like I'm in Tahoe when I take a shower.
It's obvious every bad comment that was made regarding these apartments had to come from someone who wasn't a very desirable tenant in the first place and this must be their way of "getting them back." It's comforting to know that we have management that steps up to the plate and takes care of any issues in the complex. If you're thinking about moving here I would highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is very misleading for you to knowingly post LIES like this about these apartments - do not mislead people into thinking this is a good place to live, especially with children! It is a DANGEROUS place to live with drug addicts, child molestors, drug dealers and parolees everywhere!!!

Gosh, where do I start. I see another dis-satisfied tenant has done the right thing and spoken up about this place which should be condemed. I just looked up sexual offenders and there are ten. Count them ten within a 0.3 mile radius of Sutter's Cottages. What does that tell you about letting your kids play outside?
