Old and falling apart From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I have to agree with the previous reviewer. The interior of the apartments are old lookings, the cabinets are cheap wood and appliances are cheap and old. Outside is somewhat nice, decent gym, but the apartments itself are NO where close to others in Folsom, and for the same basic price. The only advantage for Lakeridge is that it is at walking distance from the elementary school.
