They do NOT have their act together!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   After we paid our deposit and moved in, there was a notice on our door to give them more money. They somehow forgot that we gave them our move-in check!!! How does THAT happen''' We paid our second month's rent before it was due on the 1st, (they had cashed the check) and on the 22nd of the the month we had a 3 day "pay or get evicted" notice on our door! The staff is VERY friendly, but they do not manage the financial aspect of things very well. If you move here, be prepared to keep copies of all checks, etc. to prove you have paid your rent. It is a headache to say the least. On a positive note, our requests for minor repairs were handled promptly and effeciently.
