Overlook At Blue Ravine 34% Recommended May 08 2008: these women are so terrible at being human that it hurts just dealing with them on any level. they are uneducated, they make leases that violate all laws for residents and they have no positive customer service capabilities. Overlook At Blue Ravine 34% Recommended May 05 2008: Maintenance was poor. The guys were friendly enough and usually showed up on time, but the quality of their work was shoddy at best. Perhaps they didn't care because construction quality in this complex is below average. For example, it's Lake Pointe Apartments 50% Recommended May 03 2008: Being a resident for over 2 years I have had enough. This complex is in a constant state of construction! The Folsom Dam Bridge construction immediately outside of the apartment complex is never ending .. with weekend construction noises on The Falls at Willow Creek 27% Recommended May 02 2008: It was nice. It was ocassionally noise but not enough for it to be a constant bother. There was always a guaranteed parking spot that was covered and lit. Cute little community with well planned out landscaping. Tennis courts, basketball Sutter's Cottage Apartments 17% Recommended Apr 29 2008: Ive lived there for 22 years and Ive seen everything from people doing hard core drugs on there pourch to people getting stabe and shot in frount of my door... this place is really not a place for anyone. well |
