Marygold Garden Apartment is one of the best apartment complex I have lived in. I say this mainly because of the way management handles things, let me explain. Would you rather be in a place were the apartment manager didn't care about the property or there tenants You prefer place were the apartment manager is all way aware of the problems and listen to the tenants NEEDS. Well, I prefer the second one and that's were IM at. In my past experience I have lived in a very expensive apartment were the management did not do there job. I was without hot water for 6 days, be cause the management never check there messages or pick up the phone or even show up the work in the office. SO I THANK JESSICA ( APARTMENT MANAGER ) FOR ALL HER HARD WORK AND ALL WAY HAVING TIME FOR HER TENANTS.

I have lived here in these apartments for about 15 years. The apartments were better before the manager "Jessica" came in. Jessica is an uneducated, illiterate, double standard SLUMLORD that breaks rules that are enforced on tenants. This manager has moved in lots of questionable people of gang affiliation and enforces rules biasly based upon her friendship with tenants. Why is it okay for the manager and her friends to break rules that you have been violated for ? Then for months on end the ACTS are blatantly repeated and when you question her about this nothing is done to remedy the problem ? Furthermore, how can someone move into an apartment, live there for a year and only pay rent for 7 months ? Newsletters placed on doors are a reflection of lack of education based upon numerous misspellings and lack of good grammar. When does an apartment managers husband and mother-in-law have managerial powers to give warnings and violations ? It's like someone hired a junior high school fast food worker and put her in control of a business. She definitely knows someone in the corporated office. Like her MOTHER !! It is wrong for people to back/promote others based up on relations and/or ethnicity ! HMMMMMMM ???????? The SLUMLORD IS GONE NOW.... AND 1 1/2 months later HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY moved out of their apartments GO FIGURE !!
