This place is horrible dont move here!! The manager doesn't even speak english the maintainence is horribble put in a work order and they ignore it.... the kids here are the worst kids in the world they dart in and out of the parking lot tryin to get hit by cars the they will scratch up your car and dent it. the noise levels here are unbelieveable at all hours of the day and night. then the manager has the nerve to try to get you to pay for parking but doesn't want to assign spaces, there is never a place to park when you get home from work you have to park on the other side of the complex and walk in the dark to your apartment. I hate it here and am glad im leaving. the washer and dryers always take your money and you cant get your money back until they come out to fix it...most likely when your at work

well as it may seem that, the complex is "horrible" as well, there are "horrible" tenants, who do not pay the rent on time, ignore the 3-day notice to pay or quit. They FAIL to obey the property guidelines, for better and safety purposes. The management MUST keep regulations on task and on the line. As for the children, children will be children it is soooo ridiculous to say and make up false accusations that they are responsible for the damage done to the tenant vehicles. Tenant MUST be aware and must be responsible to keep their vehicles in a safe condition...! The maintenance always go's by the list people don??????t understand that there is a waiting list for every repair, specially when there are more then 100 units in the property. Everything has to be done under standards and guidelines. Most of the time the maintenance goes to the units to complete the work but the tenants are not home or either don??????t want to let maintenance come in to start the work, it is every IMPORTANT to schedule a day and time for the work to be done. Remember their is sooo many apartments things need to be done well and in order. MANAGEMENT ALWAYS KEEPS THE PROPERTY A SAFE AND CRIME FREE PLACE, HOWEVER THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND, THAT WE MUST BE STRICKED AND ON TASK. SOOO, WHO EVER WROTE THE MENTIONED COMMENT ABOUT PEACHTREE APARTMENTS IN FONTANA, PLEASE HAVE BACK UP AND EVIDENCE IN WHAT YOUR GONNA SAY OR WRITE..DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME IN FALSE IMFORMATION, UNPROVEN...
