Maybe it all depends on where you are situated in the village/ apartment complex. I love the diversity of the neighborhood since we are not originally from the US. We are by the rear gate bldg., and it's been a mixture of a little bit of everything. The manager is down to the rules but of course you can not control everybody so it's oviously no perfect..but it's been a warm sense of being trully home. Kids are free to run and play around, and it's been safe. The phone/ internet/ cable connections are really easy to get. The question is what is your budget' Our neighbors have been really formal & peaceful. So it's up to you really.
