DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Colony Ridge apartments have the worst management ever!!!! Very rude and obnoxious. It's like pulling teeth to get them to hear you out if and when you have an issue! Signs posted all over the place not to step on the grass! Give me a break...people have kids.

DON'T LIVE HERE There is a reason that a picture is not posted of this complex. I live here and like the other review, I can't wait to get out. The basketball court is ravaged and full of debris. The animals outside turn up dead. Children do not go outside here. You lock your doors
