Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
My husband lived in the apartment about a year before we were married. He wasn't much of a decorator, so the apartment had a nice jail cell quality.
After our wedding and I moved in (and decorated) we loved our apartment. We enjoyed the balcony of our upstairs apartment a lot. I especially loved the tree that was located in front of our balcony. I put a bird feeder on one of the branches, next to our balcony.
Our trouble began when the old lady (I think apt. 81) began to complain about the bird feeder. She was constantly calling the office telling them the birds were destroying her health. There's a peacock roaming the complex and we often wondered what kind of health hazard it imposed on her.
Anyway, she complained constantly to the office and she even had her son to come to our apartment to "bully" me into taking the bird feeder down.
Finally, we had enough of her and decided to purchase a house.
The manager at Paloma Summit worked with us. We received our entire deposit and was let out of our lease with no problems. Because I had the carpets cleaned and made sure we left our apartment in "move-in" condition, she didn't charge us for their services.
My husband and I would recommend this complex to anyone. We just wouldn't recommend the apartment above the bird-hating-old-lady! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
