Overall, a very nice place to live. The apartments have plenty of closet/cabinet space, W/D hook ups, and are VERY roomy. Garages are available. There is no "security" patrol, however the community is gated so there doesn't appear to be a need for the service. The office/maintenance staff provide great customer service, especially Robyn. Just make sure you have enough help on move in if you select a 2nd floor apt, it's quite a climb, but the view is worth it!
