I lived at Paloma Summit for almost seven years and personally find some of these reviews a bit surprising. I can only speak for myself, but I absolutely loved my apartment and found the community to be peaceful and very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees and my view was amazing. The interiors are very nice as well; large with nice amenities and newly renovated. I would still be living there but sadly had some major health and financial issues that ended up resulting in my being evicted. Despite this, I have to be fair and give an honest review for the benefit of those considering moving here. Management is great to deal with and any repairs get done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend this place and was sorry to leave.
