Peaceful and serene setting... rabbit, coyote, and deer can be seen at night. Some apartments have fairly good views! And, although the vehicle entry gates were always jammed in the 'open' position, we usually felt safe. Management and maintenance were really good. I got tired of all the 'blower' noise in the morning, and the kids running 'unleashed' throughout the complex - I hated balls being chucked at my windows! But, I DO miss all the nice people, and the town of 'Foothill Ranch' IS really nice.

The kids were "unleashed" or the dogs?? I can tell you don't have any children or you are very old. The blowers I hated also, due to having 1 car in the garage & another parked outside. It seemed that the gardners would come every time I had washed my car. I never understood why they did not sweep the debris instead of blowing it on to another area or car
