This place is great, it's very quite and nothing like big apartment complex's. You can sit out on the balcony at night and hear wildlife, NOT noise from cars, radios, or people. Its a very neat complex and they have started to up date units and are painting the buildings now. My neighbor said the landscape used to be really bad, but we both agree it looks very nice now.

We've never had one problem since moving in and plan on staying here awhile. Its close to shopping and restaurants and is kinda tucked up against the foothills. When we first came to look at the complex I thought we missed it or where lost, its hidden in a housing track.

I do have a few rants, some of the residents have gone crazy with stuff in front of there apartments, tons of flowers, chairs, decorations, junk and for some reason management doesn't seem to care or want to address this issue'

We where told when we moved in that garages have to have a car parked in them, but in our building alone more then half are used for storage. I've brought this up with the office staff and they still have not done anything about fixing or enforcing this rule, it can be difficult having friends over or coming home late and there is no parking spaces, and yes we park our car in the garage.

Those two things aside, we love it here and if you are looking in the Foothill Ranch area you should come check this place out where glad we did.

6 months here and it gets a B from us.

Well, it seems the management is still the same. When I lived there. Someone had placed a bar-b-que pit in the landscape across my front door entrance. I called Mgmt several times about this & it took at least 6 months before it was removed. I thought maybe the landscapers used it for their lunch break during their once a week visit? Mgmt never had a maintanance person come over a retrieve it until they started showing apt's around my area that's when it was moved! The Landscapers were the worst money could buy! Everything was always dead & dry! The entrance gate was ALWAYS opened. At one time you could use the computer in the office. That changed very fast! I used to see Mgmt there after hours (late)on the computer using it but the residents could not use during business hours?? Also you could NOT use the office as a club house for parties either which is what we we told when we moved in. The clubhouse was for mgmt use not residents!!. The pool was also suppose to be heated year round. Anyway, Keep making those calls because the Mgmt looks out for themselves, not the resident.....I guarantee you will be waiting for Mgmt to respond to your request & Good Luck....Let's see how long the B turns into an "F"

Do you not have 2 hands? Couldn't you have picked it up and disposed of the barbeque? Regardless if it was yours or not, if someone left that in my area, I would of trashed it.
