I lived at Paloma Summit for three years and was very happy to move out. The management of the complex is very poor. Several of us registered a complaint about a noisy dog kept on the balcony of a neighbor (which is against the complex rules) and the management ignored us continually. It isn't fun to hear a dog barking nonstop all day and night.

Having trouble with appliances' No problem. You can call and leave messages and nothing will be done.

I read that someone was bothered for a deposit after already paying for it. I had this happen as well. They "lost" their documentation for my pet deposit and tried to collect it a second time.

I would _strongly_ recommend staying away from this place. All of my neighbors agreed that the management was just terrible.

Congrats on your recent move! The mgmt. is very unprofessional & they lack the respect of their tenants. The parking in the front of the office for future residents is always used by mgmt cars or maintainance carts mgmt should treat their tenents they way they would want to be treated! Maybe things would change around there the dog situation will never change they just work their to collect a paycheck they don't have to live there & hear the dog all night & day so why should should they care? It's the best move you could have ever made!
