The overall our stay here was one of the best we have ever experienced. The office staff & Maintenance guy's customer service and helpful attitude made us feel "at home while away from our home". My boyfriend and I are traveling nurses and we have rented at many communities while working/moving hospital to hospital. So when we can't be at home in TX, we rent, this group welcomed my boyfriend and I and our dog from the first call inquiring about the community. We would (and will)recommend this place to everyone.
We lived in one of their newly renovated apartment. Really nice, the only issue was with AT & T and setting up our phone. We have been living here for about 9 months now and haven't had any real problems.
One real shock, one night my boyfreind and I were out walking without our dog. We walked past the two girls from the office out talking and they asked us, Hey, where is "Max" tonight' WOW, they remembered. It has always impressed us that they all cared about us and our dog "Max" like they knew us and really cared. So, if you are looking for a place that really cares, try this place. We are leaving at the end of the month but if we are ever working in this area we would stay here again.

Well it nice to know that the mgmt. is now instructing people who have had a good experience to go on line to this web site to save theirselves. I have one question for you....Is your employer on a contract thru an agency? We had many travelling nurses etc. when I was a resident their also. If so, thats the reason you were treated so differently & your dogs name was remembered! If your employer had no affiliation with Paloma Summit then I'm sold. The mgmt. staff also is currently or was dating a tenant who lived very close to the office. I know he is getting the VIP treatment if they are still seeing each other. It's funny how I know about this & I don't live their anymore. This place is a complete & total sham!! They ought to be shame of theirselves. How do people that work for Paloma Summit sleep at night?? The new paint job is shambolic!! Do-do brown w green doors etc. It's nice you only had to be ther 9 months & was probabaly under a corporate contract thru your employer. You don't know what a real deal is if you were only there 9 months!!

I've lived here for 6 months and not had 1 problem. Your point of view might be taken more seriously if you knew how to spell. Learn the difference between their and there.
