The stay at Paloma Summit. Was not a good experience. Let's just leave it at that. We could go on & on about the staff, landscaping, maintanence, barking dogs all day & night. The staff doesn't live on the premises, so they don't care. Who's going to listen or do anything about it. Next time we won't rush into moving into a place we will op for a few more choices.

This place is a real joke. Oh...the mgmt. lives on the premises for them selves. Let's take the female manager for example she was dating or still is dating a tenant. That';s all they care about themselves! What about new residents trying to park in front of the office? The Mgmt. staff ties up all the parking spaces for themselves so if you want to drop your rent off you have to double park in the street. The gates, dogs barking all day & night you would think your in the neighborhood somewhere in Los Angeles, the landscape (same L.A.) They need to re-paint from bottom up again. This is a waste of space & so is theie staff.
