We have lived here for a few months now, and we love everything about this place!! The management staff is AMAZING! They are always there to help with anything you need, and all of them are wonderful! There are always going to be people that complain and are never happy, and I guess there is nothing we can do about that. Buy myself, and all the neighbors love it here; and we plan to be here for a long time!!

This is an upbeat review, but is it prompted by property management encouraging tenants to write a positive review? I reside at Paloma Summit. The upkeep and amenities are exceptional, but the parking situation is challenging. I am not able to use my single car garage because it's almost impossible to navigate into it due to location and garages behind mine that are in too close of proximity. My monthly rent includes a garage that is useless.
