Paloma Summit Apartments of Foothill Ranch, CA is a great place to live. Units are nice, parking is okay, location is great. Management is receptive to your needs and maintenance has always followed through with any needed repairs.

Best part, my cats can live as outdoor animals! I have had problems in the past with communities not allowing me to have outdoor animals. Why would anyone try to put a limit on my animals' Paloma Summit is different. Your animals are allowed to roam the property! There are quite a few residence with outdoor cats that ensure walking to your car will be full of hissing and even some roaming dogs too! Neat! I don't even have to pick up after my cats because the neighboorhood kids will surely grind the waste directly into the grass. Sure, it says differently on the lease, but I'll let you in on a little secret, no one cares! Have at it! If you have been looking for a community where your pets can be outside while you are at work all day, look no further, Paloma Summit is the place for you!
