Over 20 STREET LIGHT'S don't work

For over a year there have been more then 20 burnt out STREET LIGHT'S that need to be fixed. It's not safe to walk around at night there are areas of the parking lot that are pitch black with 3-4 burnt out street lights in a row, 3 of the non working street lights are right in the office area.
I will not let my wife and daughter walk around alone at night anymore, I worry someone will hit them with a car, a dog will chase them or something worse.
It's kinda strange with all the updating they have done and all the money being spent that the most important issue, resident safety doesn't seem to be a top priority.
FIX ALL THE LIGHTS and make this a safe place a night.
