Where they tow away tenants cars

This is a nice apartment community however it is very expensive and not a safe place to live in. When you are out of town, instead of protecting your property, management will tow away your car. I was out of town for a month and had to pay 400$ for towing charges for a legally parked car. Morever the management was rude and arrogant about the whole episode and refused to reimburse me the amount.
