This apartment looks great when you come in first but as years move on they raise your rent like rollercoaster without a downride though!.
Management was horrible. Somebody in the previous post was talking about Ann. Trust me she is a pain to deal with. Most rude manager I have ever seen. No consideration for people leaving the property. She doesn't make any effort to make the existing residents stay. They only care about new comers.
Maintenance guys were awesome especially javier. Michael,kristen was friendly management people but I would totally disagree if some body says Ann is friendly. I think its high time Lyon group throws her out. Should agree with the post that children are noisy and often disobey the rules which causes a pain in your neck too. Overall if Ann goes and they think wise about the strategy of keeping the existing residents then Provence would really be a good place.
