I lived here for less than one year. Upon move-in I commented on the extremely loose outlets, non-working microwave, and misc. other repairs that needed to be done. Although most things were fixed promptly, the outlets were never fixed. I teach physics and was well aware of the dangers, this is a fire hazard. My neighbors had the same problem. The loose outlet next to the front door was on the same circuit as the smoke detector, so if it had caused a short and fire, there would be NO ALARM! I finally moved because of fear for my children's safety, at which time they kept my entire deposit although the place was SPOTLESS when I moved out.
