What a shame; we loved living here, but Lyon has sold the complex and it will be converted to Condos shortly.

There was no real communication to the tenants and it already starts to feel like a ghost town with people moving left and right.

What a shame for this great place!

I may have an opportunity to purchase one of the units in the complex. Any recommendations? Are most people moving out because they think they will be displaced? If I purchase one, I would want to keep the current tenants. Are you buying your unit? Did they disclose the price? Thanks in advance. BG

Hi BG; People are indeed moving out everywhere. Price appears to be in the mid 400s for a 1000sf 2BR. Great place but not worth that much imho.

Condoinvestor, All I can say is I hope you didn't buy. As a former tenant of Provence I think the prices were way too high for that place. My husband and I looked at them when they went up for sale and couldn't believe the prices they wanted to charge. Maintenance and upkeep was horrible: 1. Our apt had mold next to the sliding glass door and after all the rains because of a roof leak that caused rain to get inside the wall and all they did was wipe it down and paint over it. 2. The paint on our door started peeling off so they just rolled some more paint right over it. 3. If you were in the shower and someone flushed the toilet or sink you were practically scalded. They never could fix this problem! 4. The windowns were old and did not seal very well. You could feel a draft and sometime rain leaked. And we noticed that they did not change these out when they put them up for sale. Anyways... this is just some of the things we ran into while there for a couple of years.
