I decided to stay at Sonterra for a few months while construction on my home was being completed. The office staff was full of incompetent, uncoordinated individuals. None of then seemed to know what the other was doing. Leave the check with one of them, and a day later another is calling threatening to evict you. Two days before rent it even due! Perhaps they had particular fun annoying me because they knew from day one I was only staying 3 months. If you get back after 5:30PM, expect to park about a quarter mile from your apartment. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in every apartment around you. Watch your laundry like a hawk, I came back when there was still 15 minutes on the dryer one night to find my laundry had been removed from the dryer wet, appearently someone else decided to dry their clothes on my dollar. They have a spa, but you may never get to use it. The teenagrs in the complex seen to delight in filling it with soap on most nights.
