Decent community - but not perfect

Overall, an acceptable complex, but not without its drawbacks:
-Can be quite noisy. The hallways between the apartments act like echo chambers sometimes, and definitely think twice about taking a bottom floor apartment. Any upstairs tenant will sound like a herd of elephants regardless of what they're doing.
-Parking is ridiculous. Covered parking is an extra fee per month, which considering the price of the monthly rent is outrageous. Consequently, there's plenty of unassigned covered parking, but not enough free space.
-You can see where the builders took shortcuts in the amenities of the apartments. For example, the kitchen faucets are these cheap, plastic things that look as though they'd break if you accidently gave them a good whack with a pot.
-Finally, they've cut back the number of washing and drying machines in the community laundry room. That can cause problems from time to time.
