Apartment - about $1500 month
Carport - $15 month
Garage - $75 month
Second gate remote - $50 refundable deposit
Storage - $20 to $75 month

The starting price is good, until you want a place to park. They offer storage onsite, sizes up to a 1-car garage. This is good, but leaves less garages for people to use to park. 2-bdr is good sized, with huge bathrooms. Overall, a good place to live, but a little too much money for what you get.
