Too many unsupervised noisey kids running up and down the stairs and screaming thru the halls. The worst part is they all live in other buildings on site. Inconsiderate loud people talking in parking area late hours including weekdays. I have to run my AC 24/7 to drown out the noise day and night. When peolpe walk up and down the stairs it vibrates the entire unit especially when you have neighbors who enjoy slamming their feet on every step, the best part is when they slam their door and nearly breaks your windows from the vibrations.

Been here for about a year in a half and in that short time nothing but trashy out of state people have moved in. Oh and watch out if you move in on a special promotion rate expect your rent to increase $100 plus if you sign a new lease. Also have towed people out of my carport more than 4 times in one year in which I pay a monthly carport fee of $15.

Can't wait lease is almost up I would rather stick out a few more months then give this community a fee for breaking the lease.
