Me and my wife are apartment hunting and a co-worker referred us to Sonterra. When we walked in the beautiful rental office, we were greated by a chunky, woman with makeup like a clown named Christie. She must have been transferred to this property from the ghetto judging from her looks and personality. From the moment we sat down, we were being spoken to with disrespect and had to endure a horrible attitude. After 10 minutes we left and opted to rent around the corner at Paloma Summit(beautiful staff). I told my co-worker of our experience and was told that tenants were having similar trouble with her too. They said they had just reported a electrical problem and were treated like they were at fault! The unit we were going to rent was eventually rented to her friends (unbelivable huh'). If they made proper staff changes, Sonterra might be a nice place. Stay away unless you like being insulted by a trashy person.

I agree with Glamistrash and JustObserving, people can be so mean, when things don't work out their way. Christie is a very nice person. No need to take it out on her.

I do live here and think the review is totally out of line and inappropriate. The fewer neighbors I have that behave you like you the better. Enjoy your "beautiful staff" at Paloma Summitt.

No, I dont live there but seems to me that you think you are better than anyone else. Your maturity level shows when you resort to name calling and leads me to believe that your reasoning and decision making skills are questionable. You get better results and others will take you more seriously if you treat them with courtesy and respect. The only smart thing you did was get up and walk out. That saved the other residents and office staff of this community a huge headache.
