Nice Quiet and Safe place to Live

After searching apartments in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, I stumbled onto Sonterra at Foothill Ranch (Rent.com). I have to say, this place is very nice and safe place to live. It's quiet. Neighbors are so nice and people who live here are very friendly. It's a quiet place to live. They have a nice pool and gym.
Management is very nice. When you have a maintenance request, they are quick to respond. Everyone in the office is friendly. They even take the time to wish their tenants a Happy Birthday. I received a Birthday Flyer in the mail last week.
I would recommend this place to my friends. I have friends who are going to be relocating to a new job location and I will be telling them about Sonterra at Foothill Ranch.
