Sonterra Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Sonterra is a nice place to live, very clean grounds and well kept and nice gym....however...my apartment was not very clean when I moved in. There were footprints on my venetian blinds (now how do you suppose that got there!'!'), the carpet was dirty and made my feet black (my service request went ignored which forced me to have it steam cleaned myself, and the flooring had scuff marks and dirt in the entry. Staff is extrememly unorganized. Cindy, who I was told is a manager, has no clue about Sonterra. Ask her a question about anything regarding the apartments or its policies, etc. and you get an "I don't know" reply. Cristie another staff member is just as bad. She always seems very rushed and is not very helpful after you move in. But boy, is she helpful when you want an apartment! As far as noise, the grounds are quiet, however, my neighbors have been extrememly loud lately (partying, bass booming, screaming). Overall, I feel Sonterra is a nice place to live but needs a huge staff change. A management office that cares about its residents needs and has knowledge of our concerns rather than brushing them under the rug with an "I don't know" facade.
