nice place, not-so-nice managerment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My friends have moved there about 10 month ago, they told me the place is nice, but the staff is really rude and not helpful. They recently sent a rent increase notice to my friends asking for 8% increase of rent for a new lease, and told them the price for new tenant would be over 1800 for the smallest 2 bed/2 bath. I called them up to check on the real price for new comers, and I was told it would be 1600 (like listed on apt guide and all other apt hunting sites) - about the same as what my friends are paying right now. I'm wondering who they are trying to fool... I would have considered the place if I didn't know about the incident. And i don't know what to say about them. I just don't want to go thru all the trouble to move in and later be shocked by the big jump on rent, and the dishonest staff... mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
