This apt is at a good location and is spacious, quite and clean.
Service request are attended very well and prompt manner.
Public parking is a bit difficult if you come back late at night. Not too bad though.
The only catch is that the rental increase upon renewing your lease becomes a real pain. It is much more than the other apts nearby.
If you are considering moving here, dunt be surprised to see your rental going up $150-$250 upon renewing your lease!

The review seems pretty accurate to me. Although, our last renewal wasn't nearly as bad.
