So, so. From: jojobe@hotmail.com Date posted: 4/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   At first they roll out the red carpet but after you sign a lease......wow! They nickle and dime you for everything! grounds are kept nice and the maint staff are great! Parking is horrible! So many people park their cars that dont even live their!!! The pool is nice and heated in the winter but it's full of tattoo'ed teenagers drinking beer during the summer. The apts themselves are well kept. The office staff is somewhat friendly but dont really have a direct answer to your questions when asked. If you want a garage it will cost you. If you own a pet it will cost you. If you want to renew the lease they will but at a increase in rent. I've lived in better places for cheaper.
