So far, we like it here. We got the smaller one bedroom at the end of last year for a really good price. I am scared to see how much it may go up once our lease is over because I don't really want to move again. We moved from The Village at Irvine Spectrum to here because we wanted lower rent. All in all, we are pleased here, for the money.
Here's the down-side to living here:
1. There is a mentally disabled girl living near us who screams for long periods of time early in the morning. At first I thought that she was getting abused, but the cops have come out several times due to this noise disturbance and it has quited down a bit.
2. If you don't pay extra for a carport or garage each month, you have to search for a space, and if you get home after @ 10pm, you may not be able to find a space.
3. Sometimes the main grass-lawn area can be pretty noisey, full of kids playing and yelling. There is also a very loud yelling dad in this area.
4. The TV in the workout rm has no remote and the buttons are broken on the actual TV.
5. We had some paint repair done to our front door and it was not done professionally, it is kind of sloppy work.
6. Nothing in my apartment is gas, but I have to pay a gas bill every month because the water heater is gas.

You must live by me, or I hope not another "sceameer"! That's what we call it. I don't know if it's a boy or a girl, I think the latter. It is so scarry, but it has quieted down in the past few years.
