OFFICE MANAGER CHANGED AS OF 2009 OR SO! HOPE THIS SOLVES THE PROBLEMS!
I love this place! A-property! Very beautiful, quiet, very safe, good shopping, private and easily accessible. Beautiful pool area with a nice gym, killer Jacuzzi, nice BBQ's, showers & laundry.

**THEY HAVE NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS IN YOUR APT! THEY WILL TELL YOU YOU DO BUT THE OUTLETS ARE NOT HOOKED UP. YOU ONLY GET CABLE AND A PHONE LINE.

I've been hear for 5 years now. THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!. The manager, Steve, manages this and another property, so he's not here most of the time. (I don't know if that contributes to the problem but, when "The cats away, the mice will play"). I hate talking to him BECAUSE HE'S VERY CONDESCENDING! He talks to you like your a child! I've spoken to 2 of his supervisors and they both have the same attitude and not much help. As far as the other office staff is concerned they suck. Very high turnover so you can't build a re pore with them. I try not to talk to them. You can make maintenance requests & pay your rent on-line, so you don't have to talk to them and you'll have a record of your problems.
As far as the other complaints about this place, I don't agree with them. The maintenance staff has been very good to me. All of my requests are fulfilled & If they weren't I would just hire someone and take it out of my rent (which you can do, get a lawyer!). I haven't had a big problem with parking. Yea it's a big property but, there are always places to park or you can rent a space. It is first come first serve.
As far as noise goes, I think people don't understand that other people are noisy. It's and apartment building! If it's past 10PM or before 7AM call the Sheriff to deal with unruly neighbors. I've had and have my problems with my neighbors but nothing serious just apartment life. And as for charging for everything, most companies do.
