Office staff is incompetent, ineffectual and rude. Rent skyrockets at the end of your lease if you wish to renew and good luck getting any portion of your deposit back upon move out. Complete & utter rip off.

I agree with your comments on the office staff. All rents rise according to the other complexes in the area. Getting your deposit back isn't that hard. You have to keep up on the maintenance of the apartment while you occupy it and completely clean it once you leave. I alway get my deposits back and if they don't, I take them to court and usually win, because of my documentation. Good luck in your next place and get a lawyer.

I got my deposit back and trashed the apartment. I even called and said "I'm not getting much am I " and she said no, then got a check in the mail for the full amount. Oh well, their error!
