We have a 2 bd/2bath on 3rd floor. Both bedrooms are masters w/ large walk-in closets. Spacious apartment w/ nice mountain view from our balcony. Fireplace great to use in the winter. The office staff has recently improved as they have a high turnover rate. The maintenance staff has done a great job on the few times that we have had an issue. We rate Sonterra an A- because they do jack up the rent quite a bit at the end of your lease and the parking is absolutely horrible!
