Paloma Summit Apartments 47% Recommended Mar 12 2008: I have lived here for over six years now and I absolutely love it. It's very peaceful. I'm surprised at some of the other reviews that mention a noise problem. I have had different neighbors in the time I've lived Sonterra Apartments 69% Recommended Mar 09 2008: Ok here we go, I moved here a while ago because I thought the rates were reasonable and I was happy that it wasn't a low income complex. Shortly after the move in I realized that it was a Paloma Summit Apartments 47% Recommended Jan 03 2008: I have lived in numerous apartment complexes in my life and Paloma Summitt is one of the best. The staff is always friendly and any problem I had with my unit was handled very quickly. Its the only complex Ive Paloma Summit Apartments 47% Recommended Jul 17 2007: This place was a joke from the start..... We paid all deposits, received keys, then 4-6 months later we received a "Demand Letter" that we had a $400.00 balance on our deposit?? The person working there either came from another Sonterra Apartments 69% Recommended Apr 16 2007: At first they roll out the red carpet but after you sign a lease......wow! They nickle and dime you for everything! grounds are kept nice and the maint staff are great! Parking is horrible! So many people park their cars |
