Horrible experience The new manager is not friendly at all. Seems like she does not care about anything.
Parking is not good if you come back late because some family have a lot of cars and are using garage for other purpose.
The only good thing is maintenance staff seems to be good.

Pretty good I have lived here two and a half years. Apartments are spacious. Maintenance is prompt. Great neighborhood. It's a little pricy but the apartments were remodeled in 2008.
I live down by the tennis court were there is always tons of parking. Sometimes there are kids playing in

Going downhill in every way Apartment is getting older which means more maintenance is needed.
Current management is the worst since I have lived here.
Price is more expensive compared with other properties because you have to pay extra for car port, garage, pets etc.

Wonderful place I just moved a little over a month age and I absolutely love it. My apt was perfect when I moved in. My husband and I didn't even call for maintenence to come in and fix something like I have in my old places I have rented. The staff was very polite and thorough.
