The managers are very friendly.
I don't agree at all with the people complaining in this web site.
The managers don't charge hidden fees here and there.
I have been here for one and a half year, and they replaced
bathroom floor, carpet in one of the bedroom WITHOUT any cost.
The only bad thing is that laundry room is a little bit far from my unit.
But I don't think you can find any better inexpensive place in Foster City.

This screams of an inside job! This person is full of crap and is clearly drinking the Avalon cool-aide! This place is a POS!!!!
